We had a micro
teaching simulation in the previous meeting. It was a group work. We did the
teaching estafet with the lesson plan we made together. We were in 4 or 5
members. The topic was also chose by our self. But, in the previous meeting my
group and I had not presented our task.
I did happy knowing
that we had a chance in presenting our teaching simulation in front of my
mates. It was so different with the real practice iwhen I had SEP in real
school. My mates here were all conditioned. They all support our simulation.
Yes, of course. My friends knew well that their support was so important for
our group. But the real students do anything naturally. They shout, chat, and
other activities which may disturb us as a teacher.
I had a clear
understanding toward the previous lesson. it makes me know well that teaching
needs sistematic thing, guidelines, preparation, etc. Something that is hard to
do is also the team work role. We should have a good management about the role
each of us.
I do hope that I can
improve my skill in teaching by practicing a lot. It is interesting to be an
educator. We can share, transfer, and include integrate with our world in
classroom activity.

BalasHapusIf I may say, you have to explain more brief about your understanding in the materials and reflect about what you have learned. I think, you should give explanation again about your experience in the class, because the reflection is not only report about activities in the class but also about your reflection as comprehension.
