Reflection Journal

            In the last meeting I learn how to implement management class. We did it in group of four. We had prepared all of the material that we would deliver in front of the classroom. Then we practice it, we divided some of session because we had to teach in a team. So, every members of my group could practice to deliver the material. In that session I could learn how to face my students effectively. It is really important for me when I have to teach in real life. It can healp me to prepare all of the things that should be prepared in the future.

            I have learnt it from some resources on the internet, but I used the moodle as my guidance in applying it. Unfortunately, I could not do my best when I did teaching practice in the class. There was misunderstanding between my friends and I. Before we did teaching practice, we have divided every part of the material. We know that it was important, but when we were doing teaching practice my friends forgot to explain what they should explain with their part. They only explain without giving opportunity to the others friends. It made me a little confused, because it was not like what we had planned before. In that situation, we tried to fit out each other. It was interesting when I had to do group teaching of four people in front of the classroom. It was not easy session, but I had satisfied with my group. Actually we need to improve and develop our communication skill. I think it really important when we have to do group work with kinds of other people with their characteristic.

            In that session I really wish that I could do my best with my friends when we did teaching practice. Unfortunately my friends and I could not give our best in front of the classroom. I really hope in the next session I can fix my communication problem  and I hope I can get well in the next session.
