Micro Teaching reflection

I did not come to PETA’s class last week, because I had a social event. So, I do not know what I will share to you. there was no new thing that I learned last session. However, I knew that last week, my lecturer assessed us for micro teaching assignment. My group and I choose grade XI for our student. We choose report text as our lesson for our students. I think, making a lesson plan is not difficult for me right now, because in third semester I made some lesson plan for teaching practice. However, to do what I will do in lesson plan is difficult. Sometimes I cannot do all things in my teaching practice like in lesson plan, because the duration is not enough for my teaching practice, student cannot cooperate with teacher or the classroom management.
 I think last session should be interesting because students played their lesson plan in front of class as a teacher. I do not know why I do not like the time duration for our teaching practice. The duration is so short. I thought, it will not be enough for me to teaching practice in group. I know that lecturer assess us, but I think I cannot do my best if the duration of time is very short and I do my teaching practice in group that consist four students. Maybe, I just have a little bit part, because the parts should be divided to each member. So, I do not know I can do my teaching practice very well or not. Meanwhile, last session would be meaningful for me as a teacher candidate. From the teaching practice, I can know what my weaknesses or my strengths are.
 I cannot say last session meets my expectation or not, but I have the high expectation for next sessions. I hope I will do my best for teaching practice with my group, and our micro teaching will be success. I hope I will learn something new last week that can support me as a teacher candidate and next session will be meaningful for me as a teacher candidate.
