This week I learnt about the topic under assessment. I just knew that there are some parts or branch in assessment topic. As remember I ever studied about this in PETA but with guest lecturer from Madania School ( Ibu Warih ). In last session with Ibu Warih class, we discussed about the effective assessment in the classroom but it still broader and not deep as like as this week topic that Ibu Ine explains. We discussed about the assessment deeper in this week, the part of the assessment and the effective instruction in the classroom. There was something fact that really interesting for me, in LTM evaluation is broader than assessment. Then, in PETA assessment is broader that evaluation. The reason is because in assessment the teacher can know the effective process in learning process. It is mean that there is a process in assessment which can measure the effectiveness of learning activity. 

This week, there is many parts of assessments there are the types of assessment, element and domain of assessment, model of assessment, assessment effect in the classroom, and the effect of motivation in learning and assessment. From this topic I clearly understood about the model assessment. There are two types in model of assessment, there is conventional and standard based. In conventional the teacher still use conventional model that just give the follow up to the students task without evaluation. Then, in standard based the teachers have been used standard model where the teachers give feedback and evaluation of the students’ task.  The purpose of the assessment itself is very cool for me. Knowing the types of assessment really help me as teacher candidate to give the match assessment from my students based on their ability. So, I can give the best education for them by giving assessment based on their ability.

This week meeting was very fun for me, I could get more knowledge about how to be effective teacher is and also how to apply the lessons in my class later is. Actually, I felt sad last week because one of my friend and I was trapping by the demonstrator which causes I came late in the last meeting. Hopefully, it never happens to me anymore.  This is the interesting and meaningful topic I think, because there is a lot of knowledge that deliver in this topic. For the teacher candidate it will help me to give effective assessment and instruction to my student later.

    I can understand quickly you know.
    Sometimes I'm still confused with your writing, what did you mean by this "It is mean that there is a process in assessment which can measure the effectiveness of learning activity". What kind of process?
    I think, you should concern with some sentences. If you feel that you can feel understand till now, it's better if you write in perfect tenses. For the example in this sentence "From this topic I clearly understood about the model assessment". If you put "...have already understood...", it will appropriate.
