                                                            How to be an Effective Teacher?

            

            An effective teacher, I was thinking about this phrase. When I reflected my self from the past (actually when I was in junior high school), I knew that my teacher did not give me an inspire memories to me. They just taught us like I did not need them, because they just gave me the material without explanation, leave me with an assessment, and then they leave my class before the class was exactly done. At the time, I said ' I did not want to be teacher like them, I did not want to be teacher, teacher were not a good job if they taught me like this'. However, because of my teachers, I know how to be an effective teacher. It is not simple thing, but it will be easier if we try to think (and do it) in teaching.

             First, Teacher have to make approaching with student. It means that teacher can make chemistry between teacher and student. It will easy for teacher to teach and it will be easy to student to learn the material. Teacher explains the material with their own way, and it will be interested. It does not mean that teacher have to make their style on teaching, just be yourself and do not force to make your style. However, if you have other styles, it will make student attract and interest with teacher and the material. 

            Make the time when you were teaching effectively as long as you canz.I mean that, not only learn in the classroom, but make ur student learn from outside example : you visit embassy, find some sentences related with english, and listen from the speaker and write down some sentences with English. What a fun learning right ? Yeah it is up to teacher. It happened to me in IELL class, I was not bored in this class, because I visited some place with teacher and classmates. In the first meeting of peta, my leacturer asked me about inspire teacher, I think being inspire teacher is important but it is hard. It can be easier if I teach effectively my student. The student could not easy to forget about the material and of course the teacher who inspire student. I still learn how to be an effective and inspire teacher in other courses. Now, I know that being teacher is awesome.
