Sixth E-Reflection
I have written my sixth e-reflection
but I haven’t published it to class blog. When I want to publish my sixth
e-reflection, I can’t find the document and I re-write this sixth e-reflection.
Maybe this is my fault because I might be a procrastinator and this is my
karma
.
I remembered in that day, we did
reflection about our micro-teaching, discussed differentiated instruction, multiple
intelligence, and Bloom’s taxonomy. I will write the reflection about our
micro-teaching. Miss Ine gave us feedback about our micro-teaching for each
groups and each groups must give feedback also for the others and reflect what
their feeling about this micro-teaching. Miss Ine said that the rubric that has
given to us will be the rubric or reference for our final-term examination is
micro-teaching. I felt in this micro-teaching I was still nervous and I could
not manage it. In final-term examination, I will try to manage my nervous and I
will do my best. The feedback from Miss Ine and other groups are very useful
for me.
Multiple intelligence have discussed
previously in the other courses. Multiple intelligence divided into 8
intelligence, there are verbal-linguistic; logical-mathematic; visual-spatial;
musical-rhythmic; bodily-kinesthetic; interpersonal; intrapersonal; and
naturalist. Everyone can have all of the eight intelligence, but some
intelligence can be more dominant than others. Besides that, we can develop our
weakness intelligence become be stronger. In the other hand, multiple intelligence are someone that has well at. It will relate with differentiated
instruction. It is because every student has their own needs for learning. The
teacher also must know how to apply differentiated instruction in the classroom
and the diversity elements to be considered by a teacher. The diversity
elements such as cognitive abilities, learning styles, socioeconomic and family
factors, readiness, learning pace, gender influences, cultural/ ethnic
influences, personal values on learning and confidence in learning. Bloom’s
taxonomy determines the stage of difficulty of instruction and assessment. It contains
of six cognitive processes. There are remembering, understanding, applying,
analyzing, evaluation, and creating.
After I re-writing this e-reflection,
I feel little bit confuse in Bloom’s taxonomy. For solving my confusion, I will
ask my friend to more discuss about Bloom’s taxonomy. This is very interesting
and useful for me as a teacher candidate. Later, I will face the students with
variety of their students’ need, learning style, and multiple intelligence. I also
have known the knowledge about it and I must solve it in a good way. I am so sorry for Miss Ine because I posted it too late so I makes you to be disturb to assess my score. Thank you for you still care to me until now.
that's bad habit,and i did it too.
BalasHapusi agree. multiple intelligences is interesting material. it is like i reflect to myself. i remember when i made a lesson plan on LTM. that was quite hard, but challenging.
the last, bloom's taxonomy. the key is in bloom's taxonomy, there are stages for asking question to get students' understanding.
that's all
thanks
Yes, we can reflect about the unpublished task for our lesson. For the Bloom's the important is we know the meaning of each grade and implement it as our way of teaching.
